We have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Health Manager to join our team here at Harrods. You will lead a dedicated clinical team to deliver a high‑quality, proactive Occupational Health service.

This role is Mon-Friday 5 days on-site based from our Knightsbridge store, with occasional travel to other Harrods sites.

About the Role

The Occupational Health Manager will manage a defined daily workload and support the wider team through effective time management and resource allocation. You will assess the fitness of job applicants and current colleagues for specific roles, ensuring an appropriate match between the individual and their duties.

Role Responsibilities

  • Workplace visits — Conduct regular on‑site assessments to provide clinical advice on maintaining safe working conditions, addressing both physical and psychological risks.
  • Wellbeing and health promotion — Support wellbeing initiatives and health promotion events; deliver education and training to departments.
  • Clinical record management — Maintain accurate, GDPR‑compliant electronic clinical records using Cority.
  • Clinical governance — Ensure robust clinical governance and apply evidence‑based practice to continually improve standards of care.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a registered Nurse with a current NMC pin, holding a BSc (Hons) or BA (Hons) in Occupational Health, and be registered as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) with the NMC.

You will have strong working knowledge of workplace environments, associated hazards, and relevant health and safety legislation. You will also be skilled in venepuncture, immunisations, and interpreting technical screenings

You will also have the following;

  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain professional and effective under pressure or when managing challenging situations.
  • A flexible approach to meet the evolving needs of the department, including a willingness to travel to various business locations.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to ongoing professional development and NMC revalidation.
