Collaborating Physician (1099) Part time-Remote (Must live in Indiana)

Responsibilities
The Collaborating Physician works with an APN (or more than one) who is performing in home and/or telehealth wellness assessments on patients’ designated by HarmonyCares Medical Group. APNs working with the Collaborating Physician will not have prescriptive authority, nor will they be treating patients. As a Collaborating Physician you will:
- Be available via telecommunication or in-person for consultation with APN to address patient assessment questions
- Regularly performs annual chart reviews
- Consults with APN ensure adherence to policies, procedures, state laws and quality
- Be accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers
Qualifications
- Active/unrestricted Medical Physician License
- Board certified/board eligible required
- Residency completion required
- 1 year experience in Healthcare management
- Experience with Risk Adjustment
- Must reside in Indiana
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
