About the Role
As a Specialist, Global Benefits & Well-being (Corporate), you will be a key member of HARMAN's Global Benefits Center of Excellence (CoE), supporting the design, governance, continuous improvement, and future evolution of global benefits and well-being programs.
Reporting to the Global Director of Benefits, you will partner with stakeholders across Europe, APAC, and the Americas to support program design, governance, compliance, well-being initiatives, M&A activity, and strategic projects. You will combine strong analytical capability with a continuous improvement mindset to generate insights, solve problems, simplify processes, and help deliver scalable solutions that enhance employee experience and organizational success.
This role offers exposure to high-impact global initiatives and is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys tackling complex challenges, embraces innovation, and is motivated by creating practical value for others.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategy & Enablement: Leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve productivity, reporting, knowledge management, and decision support. Support benefits due diligence and integration activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, and organizational changes, including comprehensive data collection, analysis, and documentation and maintenance of accurate integration records.
- Governance & Compliance: Aggregating and analysing data from multiple sources to support governance and strategic decision-making. Populating and maintaining inventories and registers, with robust documentation and audit trails for transparency. Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities to optimize processes.
- Collaboration & Standardization: Partnering continuously with cross-functional and regional teams to implement standardized processes templates, and frameworks that drive global consistency, operational efficiency and ensure adherence to global governance standards.
- Reporting & Insights: Developing and managing project trackers and dashboards to ensure transparency and alignment. Preparing and delivering summaries, reports, and presentations. Conducting research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to inform global benefits strategy.
What You Need to Be Successful
- 6+ years of experience in HR, Benefits, Well-being, Rewards, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience working with stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Experience supporting complex projects, process improvements, reporting, or operational excellence initiatives.
- Experience operating within a global and matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other business productivity tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail combined with a strategic mindset.
- Interest in emerging technologies, digital enablement, and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Naturally curious and eager to learn.
- Passionate about solving problems and making work easier for others.
- Focused on delivering practical impact and measurable value.

Bonus Points If You Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience supporting global benefits, rewards, pensions, or well-being programs.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI tools, automation platforms, or similar technologies.
- Certification in AI for HR, Generative AI, Design Thinking, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience in process redesign, workflow optimization, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with M&A activity and/or matrixed organizations.
- Exposure to governance, compliance, or risk management frameworks.
