Total Rewards
We offer a competitive total compensation package, including pay up to $0.70 CPM, plus employer paid Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. You’ll also have access to a 401(k) plan and Paid Time Off to support long-term stability and time away from the road.
On-the-Road Rhythm
You start nights and weekends by reviewing your route assignment and cargo manifest, then log into Samsara to capture DVIR details before rolling. Throughout Texas lanes, you stay aligned to approved routing, speed limits, and signage while keeping dispatch in the loop as conditions change. At stops, you manage loading/unloading, document handling and delivery in Samsara (digital and physical as needed), and refuel only at authorized locations—saving receipts for expense submission. Between runs, you bring the truck in for preventative maintenance, return it clean with a full tank, and promptly escalate any mechanical or operational concerns. You also plan ahead for leave requests and complete assigned training or safety committee participation as scheduled.
