QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Fixed Operations leader.
Proven success leading high-volume service departments and achieving performance goals.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing departmental profitability and KPIs.
Experience with dealership management systems and modern automotive technology.
A passion for developing people and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
