QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Used Car Manager, Sales Manager, or automotive management professional.
Strong knowledge of import vehicle brands, market trends, and used vehicle valuation.
Proven success managing inventory, profitability, and dealership performance.
Experience with vehicle appraisal, inventory acquisition, and pricing strategies.
Outstanding leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency with dealership management systems, inventory management software, and CRM platforms.
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screen (background & hair follicle drug test)
