Key Responsibilities

Welcome with a Smile: Greet customers, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their experience.
Connect and Assist: Answer phones efficiently, transfer calls, and take messages while providing helpful information to customers with genuine care.
Handle Transactions: Assist customers with payments, ensuring a smooth and friendly checkout process.
Refresh and Replenish: Keep our refreshment area stocked with snacks and beverages, creating a cozy space for visitors.
Maintain an Inviting Atmosphere: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and inviting, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with team members and departments, fostering a cooperative spirit and sharing important updates.
Stay Organized: Complete closing transaction documents accurately and balance the cash drawer to maintain financial integrity.
Adapt and Contribute: Be open to performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team.

QualificationsWhat we need

High School Diploma or GED required.
Prior customer service experience is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong professional demeanor and appearance.
Ability to work well with others and manage multiple phone lines.
Must be flexible with shift availability.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and perform various physical tasks (bending, stretching, kneeling, squatting).
A valid driver's license.
Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
