QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not required—we'll train motivated individuals with the right attitude.
Luxury retail or hospitality experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, smartphones, and digital communication tools.
Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
