How You'll Make an Impact

Guide customers through financing, leasing, and vehicle protection options with professionalism and transparency.
Secure competitive financing by building strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions.
Present finance, warranty, and protection products that add value to the customer ownership experience.
Ensure every transaction complies with federal, state, lender, and manufacturer requirements.
Work closely with the Sales Team to deliver a seamless and exceptional luxury buying experience.
Accurately prepare and process all finance documentation in a timely manner.
Consistently achieve finance, product penetration, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
Lead every interaction with integrity while representing The Hanania Way.

QualificationsWhat Sets You Apart

Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager is required.
Luxury or European import dealership experience is preferred.
Proven success in finance production, product sales, and customer satisfaction.
Strong knowledge of automotive lending, compliance, and dealership finance operations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
Experience with dealership management systems and finance software.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
