Position: Front Office Medical Professional

At this Private Audiology Practice, we are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services to our patients. Our team of experienced ENT specialists and healthcare professionals work collaboratively to offer comprehensive and compassionate care. As a Front Office Medical Professional, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors.
What You’ll Do:
Greet patients with a smile, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's appointment calendar efficiently
Verify patient information and insurance details accurately
Handle patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services
Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Collaborate effectively with medical staff and colleagues to ensure seamless patient care
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing phone calls
What You’ll Need:
Exceptional customer-service mindset (experience in this area helps too!)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Positive attitude and desire to collaborate with others
Independent and Hard-working
Flexibility; every day is a little different in our practice, and we do our best to stay flexible and adapt to changes as they come
Medical experience is preferred for this position

We have offices providing services in Portland, and Sanford. We also provide contracted services in public schools and special purpose private schools throughout the state of Maine.
