Front Office Check-In Receptionist

North Fulton ENT, a privately-owned ENT practice in Cumming, GA is seeking a Front Office Check-In Receptionist to join our team. We have been helping patients in our community since 1989 and we are passionate about providing both the best ENT and Audio healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible. We seek an administrative front office professional who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career in the field of ENT.

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:

• Checking patients in

• Collection of deductibles, co-insurance or copays

• Scheduling Appointments

• Answering phones, scanning paperwork

• Any other tasks as assigned

To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers

• An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity

• Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software

• Knowledge of various healthcare insurance carriers

• High School Diploma

• Business school or Associate degree preferred
