- Lead the Production department from a people, organizational, and technical perspective.
- Plan staffing requirements for each shift together with the Tech Leaders.
- Manage human resources activities, including recruitment and employee retention.
- Monitor production processes and ensure production orders are completed on time.
- Monitor product quality, perform random quality checks, identify production defects, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficient processes, and initiate, implement, and sustain improvement actions.
- Contribute to quality and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support the implementation of initiatives derived from the production strategy.
- Participate in Change Management activities.
- Act as the main contact person for audits within the pH Sensors Production department.
- Lead daily Shop Floor Management (Level 1) production meetings.
Professional experience & skills desired to have:
- Higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) in a technical field, ideally in electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, automation, or chemical laboratory technology.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Experience leading production teams.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
- Experience in proces development is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a structured and practical way, with strong analytical thinking skills.
- Hands-on mindset with a proactive, action-oriented, and persistent approach.
- Very good English language skills; German, Italian, Spanish, or Serbian language skills are considered an advantage.
