Hamilton Central Europe is located in Timisoara, Romania and develops and produces microliter syringes, needles, dosing pumps, pipetting modules and accessories for analytical and research laboratories, as well as accessories for medical devices used in intensive care units. In addition, we provide financial accounting services for the Hamilton companies.

Job Description:

  • Responsible for Data entry managed in ERP System regarding suppliers, quality agreements, ISO certificates, suppliers’ evaluation and other related assessments.
  • Responsible for creating, approving, and confirming orders, according to internal processes.
  • Responsible for purchasing materials within the quality parameters defined by the technical specification of the materials.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate information in the ERP system, according to internal rules and procedures.
  • Responsible for solving all situations regarding the correctness and inconsistency of the commercial information in the invoices and the information about the products in the quality documents.
  • Offers support to colleagues in Purchasing.

Professional experience & skills desired to have:

  • Ongoing University degree (Bachelor or Masters);
  • Positive attitude, proactive and open to learn new things;
  • Good team player and communicative person;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, power point);
  • Good knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
