About this role
Das kannst du bewirken:
Instandhaltung von gebäude- und produktionstechnischen Anlagen mit den Tätigkeiten Inspektion, Wartung, Instandsetzung und Verbesserung
Ausführung von Aufträgen des Instandhaltungsmanagements sowie Erstellung von Aufträgen aufgrund von Meldungen
Nachführung der Dokumentation von Anlagen
Mithilfe im Winterdienst
Pikettdienst und Sicherheitsrunden
Mithilfe bei Anlässen (Events, Seminare, Meetings, Sales Trainings, o.ä.)
Das bringst du mit:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ oder langjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung Instandhaltungsfachmann/-frau mit eidg. FA
Weiterbildungen wie Gegengewichtstaplerfahrer, Arbeiten mit Absturzrisiko und IPAF Ausbildung für Hubarbeitsbühnen sind von Vorteil
Gute PC Anwenderkenntnisse (MS-Office)
Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Fahrausweis Kat. B wird vorausgesetzt
Sie sind flexibel, dienstleistungsorientiert und bewahren in hektischen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
