What We Do
Gurr Brothers Construction helps homeowners and businesses rebuild after property damage. Our mitigation and reconstruction teams work together to guide customers from the initial cleanup through the completion of repairs.
As our Rebuild Coordinator, you’ll help make that transition smooth by organizing project information, setting up new jobs, communicating with customers, and keeping important details from falling through the cracks.
No construction or restoration experience is required. If you’re organized, dependable, comfortable communicating with customers, and eager to learn, we can teach you our process and systems.
Why You Should Join Us
- Learn a growing industry: Gain valuable experience in restoration, construction, and project coordination.
- Make a meaningful impact: Help customers move forward after damage to their home or property.
- Be an important part of the team: Your organization and follow-through will directly help projects get started smoothly and stay on track.
- Training provided: You don’t need to arrive knowing construction terminology or restoration software—we’re looking for the right person and attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare new rebuild projects: Review incoming jobs and make sure the necessary information, photos, estimates, and documents are available.
- Set up and organize jobs: Enter project and customer information accurately in JobNimbus, our job management system.
- Communicate with customers: Answer routine questions, provide updates, and help connect customers with the appropriate team member when needed.
- Coordinate with the team: Work with mitigation, reconstruction, adjusters, and vendors to gather information and keep projects moving.
- Keep details on track: Maintain accurate records, follow up on missing items, and flag scheduling issues or customer concerns.
- Support the rebuild team: Assist with general coordination and administrative needs from project qualification through completion.
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, positive, and professional communicator
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Someone who takes good notes and follows through on commitments
- Comfort managing several tasks and priorities at once
- A proactive, dependable person who enjoys helping customers and teammates
- Comfort using computers and learning new software
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
