Unique Skills:

- Hardware installations
- Sheetmetal forming
- Special process like paint, heat treat or chemical conversion
- CNC
Bachelor's Degree. 4 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
Position Purpose:
Supervises resources and develop programs based on production capacity and material availability.Monitoring results of process and making the necessary adjustments to meet customer's requirements.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
- Responsible to set a daily production plan to achieve the goals of safety, quality and production, supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill .
- Detect area needs .
- Lead improvement projects .
- Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements:
- Advanced English.
- Experience in project development at SBU Level.
- Experience in Decision making at Program Level.
- Experience in Develop Strategies aligning Cross Functional Teams.
- Project Management.
- Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ERP.
- People skills, teamwork, communication skills.
- New process line development.
