Job Description
- Develop preventive/predictive maintenance routines .
- Develop and implement improvement projects, ensure safety, follow procedures and manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction .
- Ability to teach and develop courses and training materials for technicians.
- Shift Availability.
- Microsoft Office.
- 2 years of experience with CMMS maintenance system (IE, Maximo, MP2, Infor).
- Strong adaptability and collaboration.
- Teamwork skills.
- Strong customer service attitude.
- English spoken and written 85%.
- Communication skills.
- Experience in TPM culture and deployment.
- Strong knowledge in general equipment and building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
- Medium knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
- Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
- Use of measuring and control systems.
