Roles – Guidepost Hong Kong

Head of School

As a Head of School in Hong Kong, you will lead one of our campuses, ensuring the delivery of high-fidelity Montessori education and exceptional service to families. You will oversee daily operations, mentor and inspire your teaching team, and cultivate strong relationships with parents and the wider community. This role is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment and is passionate about advancing Montessori education in Hong Kong.

Montessori Guide

You will join a thriving Montessori community, working in classrooms that reflect Hong Kong’s bilingual and international character. As a Montessori Guide, you will deliver authentic, child-centred education, fostering independence, curiosity, and compassion in every child. This role is perfect for educators who want to contribute to a well-established network while continuing to grow professionally.

Language Guide

Guidepost Hong Kong offers bilingual immersion programs in English and Mandarin. As a Language Guide, you will collaborate with Montessori educators to create a rich, dual-language environment that supports natural language acquisition and cultural appreciation. This role is ideal for language specialists who are passionate about early childhood education and cross-cultural learning.

Assistant Guide

You will support our Montessori Guides in maintaining a beautiful, orderly, and nurturing classroom environment. This role is perfect for caring individuals who want to grow within the Montessori method and contribute to the daily success of our Hong Kong campuses.
