RESPONSIBILITY

The Continuous Improvement Intern supports the implementation of the Campari Excellence System (CES) across the production department, contributing to operational excellence initiatives aimed at improving Safety, Quality, Service, Cost, People and Environment performance.

The internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes, performance analysis, problem solving and continuous improvement methodologies within an FMCG industrial environment.

Working closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering teams, the intern will support data analysis, improvement projects, digitalisation initiatives and the preparation of reports and visual management tools.


Key Responsibilities:

Data analysis & reporting

  • Support the collection and analysis of production and operational data.
  • Assist in updating KPI reports and dashboards.
  • Help prepare presentations and visual management materials.

Continuous improvement projects

  • Participate in Continuous Improvement projects following CES methodologies.
  • Support Kaizen events, Focused Improvement activities and problem-solving workshops.
  • Contribute to root cause analyses using tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone and PDCA.

Daily Management System (DMS)

  • Support the preparation and maintenance of Daily Performance Review (DPR) boards and operational meetings.
  • Assist in updating operational standards and work instructions.
  • Monitor action plans and support follow-up activities with cross-functional teams.

Digitalization & Innovation

  • Support the development of digital tools, reports and automated dashboards.
  • Contribute to data visualization initiatives using Excel, Power BI and other available tools.
  • Explore the use of Copilot and AI-based solutions to simplify reporting and process analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Participate in training sessions on CES methodologies and operational excellence tools.
  • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering teams on improvement initiatives.
  • Support the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across the organization.


Skills required

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Languages

  • At least B2 level in Italian and English.

Education

Bachelor’s or master’s Degree student in Engineering, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Technical or Scientific disciplines.

Monthly Allowance: 900 euros
