Via Verde is looking for a talented Operations Analytics Intern to join our Operations team!

Role and Responsibilities
- Support the Operational Monitoring area by contributing to the development of operational dashboards, data analysis, and insight generation that inform service oversight and decision-making.
- Support the creation and maintenance of operational dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Develop ad-hoc reports and analyses to identify patterns, deviations, and trends.
- Contribute to the definition and refinement of operational metrics and KPIs.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving data quality and structure.
- Support post-incident analysis, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Academic background in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or a related Engineering field.
- Genuine interest in data, analytics, and operational processes.
- Working knowledge of (or strong motivation to develop skills in) Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Foundational understanding of database concepts, with knowledge of SQL considered an asset.
- Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and accuracy.
