AI CREATOR (ADCHARIYA)

Cinematic & Generative Content We're looking for a Creator with Creative Thinking, Cinematic Taste, and Generative AI skills to turn ideas into images, videos, and stories people can't look away from.
You'll create a wide range of work - from Social Content, Viral Content, Brand Campaigns, and Ads to Cinematic Storytelling and Short Films - owning everything from Concept, Script, and Visual Direction to AI Workflow, delivering pieces ready for real-world use.
We don't require a set number of years of experience - what matters most is your ideas, visual taste, storytelling ability, and a portfolio that proves it.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and ideas for brand campaigns, product launches, social media, and client work.
  
  
• Write scripts, captions, hooks, and storylines tailored to each platform.
  
  
• Define visual direction, mood, tone, references, and storyboards for each project.
  
  
• Generate images and video using generative AI, from early exploration through to final, ready-to-use assets.
  
  
• Produce content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital channels.
  
  
• Create cinematic storytelling, short films, commercials, and branded content.
  
  
• Apply lighting, framing, camera movement, composition, color, pacing, and mood principles to elevate the quality of AI-generated work.
  
  
• Maintain consistency of character, environment, and visual style across scenes.
  
  
• Do basic editing and assemble drafts to communicate concepts before handing off to an editor for final polish.
  
  
• Experiment with new tools, models, and workflows to keep improving output quality.
  
  
• Collaborate with the Creative, Editor, Motion, and Marketing teams from brief through delivery.
  
  
• Own work from concept to delivery, keeping output consistent with brand standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Strong creative taste and an understanding of what makes work stand out — not just the ability to generate with AI.
  
  
• Visual storytelling skills, able to convey emotion and narrative through imagery.
  
  
• A grasp of the fundamentals of lighting, framing, camera movement, composition, color, and pacing.
  
  
• Able to develop concepts, scripts, and captions independently.
  
  
• Understanding of social media formats, internet culture, visual trends, and audience behavior.
  
  
• Able to work quickly, test multiple directions, and iterate from feedback.
  
  
• Ownership mindset, able to see work through from idea to delivery.
  
  
• Quick to learn new tools and technologies.
  
  
• A portfolio demonstrating ideas, visual quality, and AI proficiency.
  
  

AI & CREATIVE TOOLS

• Able to use ChatGPT or Claude to develop concepts, scripts, and creative direction.
  
  
• Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 tools from the following: Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, Kling, Seedance, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Suno, CapCut, or comparable tools.
  
  
• Understands prompting and can build AI workflows suited to different types of work.
  
  
• Able to do basic editing to assemble images, audio, and video before handing off to an editor.
  
  

PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT
Your portfolio should include work from at least some of the following:

• AI-generated images or videos
  
  
• Cinematic or visual storytelling
  
  
• Commercials, brand campaigns, or branded content
  
  
• Social content, Reels, Shorts, or viral content
  
  
• Creative experiments showcasing ideas and new technique exploration

NICE TO HAVE

• Background in cinematography, photography, or real camera video work.
  
  
• Experience with commercials, music videos, short films, or branded content.
  
  
• Understanding of motion editing, sound design, or AI voice/music.
  
  
• Good enough English to research, write prompts, and keep up with new tools.
  
  

You don't need to be a professional cinematographer or shoot with a real camera regularly — but experience in this area will be considered a strong plus.
