About the Opportunity
The Senior Associate, Category Management supports the development and execution of category and menu strategies across an assigned set of Wonder restaurant brands. Reporting to the Associate Director of Category Management and Partnerships, this role plays a critical supporting role in driving menu innovation, LTO execution, new concept development, and ongoing menu performance — helping ensure each brand stays craveable, on-strategy, and commercially healthy.
This is an analytically-oriented role with broad exposure to Culinary, Marketing, Insights, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercialization, and Finance. You’ll spend your time turning data into clear takeaways, supporting LTO and launch workstreams from brief to recap, and helping build the tools and analyses that keep our brands moving forward. It’s an ideal seat for someone early in their career who wants to learn the restaurant business from the inside, work on a heavy and varied pipeline, and grow into a Category Manager role.
The Impact You Will Make
Support brand category strategy: Support the category strategy for assigned brands, contributing to menu planning, LTO calendar inputs, and brand-level performance reviews.
Support LTO execution: Help execute LTOs end-to-end — contributing to briefs, coordinating cross-functional inputs, tracking timelines, and pulling together recap analyses post-launch.
Support new concept development: Assist on new menu item and concept development workstreams, including supporting concept testing logistics, organizing consumer research inputs, and helping translate findings into next-step recommendations.
Support menu performance tracking: Build and maintain item- and category-level performance dashboards, surfacing trends in sales, mix, margin, and guest behavior to support menu optimization decisions.
Stay close to the market: Track culinary trends, competitive moves, and category dynamics, and synthesize learnings into clear, useful inputs for the broader team.
What You Bring to the Table
2–4 years of relevant experience in category management, brand management, strategy, consulting, finance, insights, or a similar analytical role — ideally with exposure to restaurants, food, retail, or CPG.

Bachelor’s degree required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive — you take ownership of your workstreams and follow through without needing to be chased.
Curious about food, restaurants, and how menus actually drive a business.
New York $96,000-$114,500 per year.
