About this role

L’ECM compte plus de 2 000 étudiants, 350 formateurs et 90 collaborateurs répartis sur 8 implantations : Besançon, Dijon, Belfort, Mulhouse, Strasbourg, Nancy, Clermont-Ferrand et Reims.

Dans le cadre du développement du campus de Mulhouse, l'ECM recherche un.e ou plusieur.e.s formateur.trice.s en Administration des copropriétés et de l'habitat social / partie comptabilité de la copropriété, pour les 1ère année de notre BTS Profession immobilière, pour la rentrée 2026.

 

Vous aurez à enseigner, sous forme de pédagogie active, les thématiques suivantes du référentiel :

  • Prendre en charge le suivi de l’assemblée générale
  • Veiller à l’équilibre financier de la copropriété
  • Justifier les éléments financiers auprès des copropriétaires
  • Assurer le suivi administratif et financier de la copropriété




Profil

  • Consultant.e.s / Formateur.trice.s indépendant.e.s
  • Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans un domaine métier lié à ces enseignements
  • Expérience pédagogique ou de formation avec des jeunes adultes ou des adultes
  • Diplômes souhaités : de Bac+3 à Bac+5.
  • À l'aise avec les outils informatiques et web type Powerpoint, Google Drive/Classroom, etc


Informations contractuelles

Contrats de prestation de formation ou portage salarial.

Intervention en demi-journées ou journées pour un volume de 52H.

Chaque formateur devra répondre aux critères qui le concernent du référentiel QUALIOPI.
