Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports the planning and execution of Lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects within manufacturing operations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collects and analyzes data to identify performance trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participates as a member of cross-functional project teams to implement solutions and monitor results.
  • Assists in conducting process mapping, time studies, and root cause analyses to address operational issues of limited to moderate complexity.
  • Prepares reports, presentations, and recommendations to communicate findings and project progress.
  • Contributes to the development and standardization of best practices across manufacturing sites.
  • Monitors project implementation to ensure adherence to timelines, objectives, and established standards.
  • Applies structured problem-solving techniques to recommend incremental process improvements with measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborates with colleagues and supervisors to build Lean capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Education & Experience

  • Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of relevant experience.


Knowledge & Skills

  • Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Skill in assessing processes and supporting the execution of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to apply Lean practices to optimize performance and streamline operations.
  • Analytical skills to collect, interpret, and use data to support improvement decisions.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams to support shared goals.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is €40,800.00 - €69,400.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between45,000.00 to50,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
