At Greenvolt Next, we are accelerating the energy transition through innovative and sustainable renewable energy solutions. We are looking for a Senior O&M Technician to join our team.

As a Senior O&M Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability and availability of utility-scale and strategic solar PV assets. You will coordinate maintenance activities, oversee subcontractors, support commissioning processes and act as a key operational point of contact for assigned assets and clients.

What we're looking for
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic systems.
    • Strong understanding of solar PV technologies, including modules, inverters and associated equipment.
    • Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
    • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, clients and external partners.
