Shift: Day Shift
Job Summary:
Focus on the repair and maintenance of tools and machines used in production, this includes troubleshooting problems and maintaining records of maintenance and repairs. Responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing preventative measures, providing training, and investigating incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, diagnose, and repair mechanical presses, CNC mills and overhead cranes issues
- Disassemble, reassemble and test complex machines
- Electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience
- Understanding of PLC logic
- Maintain a safe and orderly work environment
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in tool and die or metal stamping environments.
- Strong mechanical skills with working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine alignment.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting (480V 3-phase, motor control) is a plus.
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics, machine manuals, and blueprints.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and shop measuring instruments.
- Forklift and overhead crane experience or certification preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must work in varied environments including under/inside machinery and at heights.
- May be required to work overtime or respond to emergency repairs during off-hours.
- Use of PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, gloves, hearing protection) required.

All manufactured die components are CNC-machined. We have the tryout press capability to match our customer's needs. Computerized die simulation facilitates the tryout process. Capability studies are conducted to ensure that the customer's quality standards are met.
