Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of warranty claims related to rail wagons, from identification to closure
  • Coordinate and oversee repair activities for defective or damaged wagons within the warranty period
  • Liaise with maintenance teams, suppliers, and service providers to ensure efficient and timely repairs
  • Analyze root causes of failures and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Ensure all warranty repairs comply with safety regulations, technical standards, and contractual requirements
  • Monitor warranty costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of warranty claims, repairs, and resolutions
  • Negotiate with suppliers and contractors regarding warranty responsibilities and cost recovery
  • Provide regular reporting on warranty performance, KPIs, and claim status to management
  • Support quality and engineering teams in improving product reliability and performance
  • Conduct inspections and audits of repair work when necessary


Candidate Profile

  • Technical degree (mechanical, railway, or related field) with experience in maintenance or warranty management
  • Solid understanding of repair processes and root cause analysis
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good communication and negotiation skills when working with suppliers and service providers
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimization and process improvement
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
