Production Planner / Planista produkcji

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing production with details performed by support departments and cooperation partners / Zabezpieczanie produkcji w detale wykonywane przez wydziały pomocnicze oraz kooperacje.
  • Collaboration with the purchasing department, warehouse, and smart logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials for production / Współpraca z wydziałem zakupów, magazynem oraz smart logistic celem terminowych dostaw materiałów na produkcję.
  • Collaboration with foremen and production department managers / Współpraca z mistrzami oraz kierownikami wydziałów produkcyjnych.
  • Conducting inventory of work in progress according to inventory orders / Przeprowadzanie inwentaryzacji robót w toku zgodnie z poleceniami inwentaryzacyjnymi.
  • Creating schedules for welding detailing and their settlement / Tworzenie harmonogramów na detalownie spawalnicze oraz ich rozliczanie.
  • Developing a bill of materials (BOM) with mąterial markings and pictograms and assigning storage bays / Opracowanie listy detali (BOM) wraz z oznaczeniami materiałowymi i piktogramami oraz przyporządkowanie pól odkładczych.
  • Correctly assigning components to production orders in the system to ensure inventory consistency and accounting settlements - collaboration with the PP planning department / Prawidłowe przypisywanie składników do zleceń produkcyjnych w systemie w celu zapewnienia zgodności stanów magazynowych i rozliczeń księgowych - współpraca z działem planowania PP.
  • Ensuring that materials delivered from warehouses, departments, and plants have cover sheets and are traceable in accordance with ISO processes / Dopilnowanie, aby dostarczone z magazynów, wydziałów oraz zakładów materiały posiadały kartki przewodnie oraz były identyfikowalne zgodnego z procesami ISO.

Your profile:

  • Minimum secondary technical education / Wykształcenie minimum średnie techniczne.
  • Good knowledge of technicaldrawing / Dobra znajomość rysunku technicznego.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office / Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office.
  • Good command of English./ Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
  • Organizational skills, analytical and systems thinking / Zdolności organizacyjne, umiejętność myślenia analitycznego i systemowego.
  • Responsibility, reliability, self-discipline, and self-organization / Odpowiedzialność, rzetelność, samodyscyplina, samoorganizacja.
  • Teamwork skills, communication skills / Umiejętność pracy zespołowej, komunikatywność. Availability / Dyspozycyjność.
  • Całegory B driving license / Prawo jazdy kat. B
