Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Area Supervisor to oversee the planning, coordination, and monitoring of production activities within a designated production area. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, achieving quality and production volume targets, and delivering finished products on schedule while complying with company policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.

The Production Area Supervisor will play a key role in optimizing production processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinating teams to maintain high standards of productivity, quality, and operational performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, implement, coordinate, and monitor the activities of the production area to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness;

  • Ensure the achievement of established quality standards and production volume objectives;

  • Oversee production activities to guarantee the timely delivery of finished products in accordance with agreed deadlines;

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and applicable legislation.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field;

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment;

  • Good understanding of production processes, manufacturing technologies, and industrial engineering principles;

  • Experience in production planning, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects;

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills;

  • Good leadership, communication, and team coordination abilities;

  • Intermediate to advanced English language skills (written and spoken);

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost optimization;

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills;

  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies;

  • Experience with Production Planning and Scheduling;

  • Experience in KPI Management and performance monitoring;

  • Knowledge of Cost Reduction and Process Optimization techniques.
