Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production processes and systems operate efficiently while meeting quality and compliance standards. This role involves monitoring performance, analyzing operational data, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong technical and analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities:
Define and optimize manufacturing workflows based on MPS requirements and tooling needs;
Develop and maintain layout plans for equipment and sub-assemblies to improve efficiency;
Establish and verify manufacturing processes to support production activities;
Review new product designs to ensure manufacturability within company capabilities;
Prepare BOM’s and estimate labor time for tooling and equipment manufacturing;
Launch and track production orders for tooling;
Monitor execution and maintain records of launched tooling orders;
Provide cost estimations for RFQs (tooling-related);
Ensure compliance with defined manufacturing technologies and tooling usage;
Collaborate with internal design and engineering departments;
Analyze investment opportunities (new machinery / disposal of unused equipment);
Support line balancing and work plan development;
Provide technical support for production teams.
Ensure workplace organization, safety, and compliance with EHS standards.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related technical field;
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning;
Experience with BOM creation and cost estimation;
CAD skills: AutoCAD, SolidWorks;
MS Office proficiency;
Knowledge of modern production concepts (Kaizen, DFT, production tracking);
English – intermediate level;
Soft skills: leadership and communication.
