Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production processes and systems operate efficiently while meeting quality and compliance standards. This role involves monitoring performance, analyzing operational data, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong technical and analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Assess existing processes;
Develop process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates – work in team with Continuous Improvement Process Department (CIP);
Conducting risk assessments;
Design and test process updates and new process systems;
Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards;
Performing process simulations and problem solving;
Performing CIP optimization and generating return on investment (ROI) for Capex;
Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality;
Development of standardized operating instructions for the update process.
Providing the product manager with process documents and standard operating procedures.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
Experience in process simulations and standard operating procedures;
Ability to analyze and synthesize;
Advanced technical skills;
Project management ability;
High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems;
Experience working with CAD, AutoCAD, ProEng etc.
