Job Summary

The HR Intern provides administrative and operational support to the HRBP team, assisting with HR documentation, employee records, onboarding activities, and HR initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience across key HR functions while supporting the effective delivery of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the HRBP in managing the onboarding process and training plans for new employees, ensuring their effective integration into the company;

  • Provides administrative support during organizational restructuring and workforce reduction processes, ensuring compliance with applicable labor legislation;

  • Supports the implementation of training programs aligned with the organization's strategy and identified development needs;

  • Organizes training, coaching, and mentoring sessions;

  • Collects feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented training programs and supports performance analysis;

  • Encourages employees to actively participate in training programs and develop new skills;

  • Ensures compliance with labor legislation and internal procedures, while proposing improvements to HR administrative processes.

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field;

  • English at an intermediate level or above;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn;

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
