Job Summary

The EHS Lean Process Engineer focuses on improving workplace safety and ergonomics through preventive technical solutions and Lean principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify technical and ergonomic risks within production processes and work areas;

  • Analyze workplace risks using EHS analysis tools and Lean principles;

  • Develop and propose preventive technical solutions to reduce identified risks;

  • Support improvements related to workplace safety and ergonomics;

  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency while reducing operational risks;

  • Collaborate with operations and relevant teams to implement technical and ergonomic improvements;

  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify further improvement opportunities;

  • Support the integration of safety and ergonomic considerations into process improvement initiatives;

  • Complement traditional EHS activities through a preventive and process-focused approach.

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years of experience in EHS, process engineering, industrial engineering, or a similar technical role;

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment;

  • Experience in identifying and reducing workplace safety and ergonomic risks;

  • Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement practices;

  • Experience in analyzing production processes and identifying opportunities for technical improvements;

  • Experience in developing and implementing preventive technical solutions;

  • Good English communication skills;

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a production environment.
