Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour

Status: Full-Time


Position Summary

Gray Line Tennessee is seeking professional, customer-focused Shuttle Drivers to provide safe,

reliable, and courteous transportation services on designated shuttle routes throughout Middle

Tennessee. Shuttle Drivers are assigned to a specific route and generally maintain a consistent

schedule; however, flexibility is required to support operational needs and must be open to working morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles in accordance with all federal, state, and local traffic laws and

company policies.

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and accurately complete required

documentation.

• Provide outstanding customer service to all passengers.

• Maintain punctuality and adherence to route schedules.

• Communicate delays, service disruptions, and operational issues to management.

• Maintain all required licenses, certifications, endorsements, and qualifications.

• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

• Participate in required training, meetings, and safety programs.


CDL Holders Must: 

  • Have a valid Tennessee Commercial Driver’s License with a passenger endorsement.
  • Possess a current federal Department of Transportation (D.O.T) medical card.
  • Be at least twenty‐five (25) years old.
  • Understand, speak and read English.
  • Have no more than one (1) moving violation within the last three (3) years of driving.
  • Have no DWI or DUI conviction(s)
  • Pass a substance abuse and alcohol screen.
  • Pass state and federal criminal history background check.
