Role Purpose
The Training Instructor – Operations Center is responsible for delivering technical and behavioral training programs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer through theoretical and practical learning activities. This role supports the development of call center agents who provide assistance to field technicians, promoting operational excellence and service quality.
Key Accountabilities:
Training Delivery
- Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions aligned with established training programs.
- Deliver technical and behavioral content through engaging learning experiences.
- Support the onboarding and development of call center agents.
Training Administration
- Monitor attendance and maintain training records and reports.
- Manage training materials and resources provided by the company and client.
- Ensure compliance with training schedules and operational requirements.
Learning Effectiveness
- Assess participant understanding and reinforce key concepts.
- Provide feedback to management on training outcomes, strengths, and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.
Candidate Profile:
Education & Experience
- Degree in Technology, Education, Learning & Development, or related fields is desirable.
- Previous experience delivering technical and behavioral training programs.
- Experience with classroom and virtual training environments.
- Knowledge of Telecom systems is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge
- Basic IT concepts.
- Understanding of Ethernet technologies, network types, Wi-Fi standards, and IP addressing concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of virtual training and videoconferencing platforms.
Skills & Behaviors
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of learning methodologies and instructional techniques.
- Ability to engage audiences and facilitate knowledge retention.
