About this role

Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position 

              Build and drive parts demand and supply chain transparency, connection, and digitalization transformation through leadtime standardization and stock visibility, collaborate forecast management and cost reduction

              Develop demand forecast and statistical forecast models, evaluate forecast results

              Monitor and report on significant variances between sales forecasts, budgets and actual volume; Lead root-cause analysis into major forecast variances. Identify reasons / assumptions / risks behind forecast numbers; Lead initiatives to improve forecast accuracy

              Develop effective parts demand management models and inventory strategies, including dealer inventory, on existing items, new items, and phase-outs

              Closely coordinate and communicate with warehouse & logistic team

              Use and maintain the demand planning software as the primary forecasting tool

 

Qualifications Required: 

              Bachelor’s degree at engineering, vehicle engineering, or statistics, mathematics

              Minimum 3 years’ workplace experience within the Automotive Industry

              Previous experience in planning, data analysis, or related field

              Knowledge of service parts supply, inventory control
