You will be a part of HPB’s Integrated Outreach West, which strives to advance health promotion efforts at the community and workplaces to reduce Singapore’s burden of diseases.

[What you will be working on]

As a key member of Integrated Outreach West Cluster Management and Partnership team, you’ll have to be comfortable to put on many hats.

You will be involved in planning, identifying regional trends and patterns, and developing effective and sustainable solutions addressing the needs of the residents and working population within the region.

You will forge and develop sustainable partnerships to achieve HPB’s goals of advancing health promotion efforts in both workplace and the community.

You will need to be comfortable to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, internal and external.

You will maintain an oversight of key labour trends and identify and support opportunities for novel health promotion initiatives.

You will co-develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the impact of health programmes for greater efficiency and provide data-informed planning.

[What we are looking for]

An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 5 years of working experience in strategic planning, business development and partnership management work. Experience in project management or data analytics will be an added advantage. The candidate should also possess:

  • Strong collaborative and partnership building skills; confident to work with corporate partners and to build relationships with stakeholders.

  • Ability to work cohesively in fast-paced teams and navigate stressful, ambiguous situations in a positive manner.

  • Able to work well in matrix and highly dynamic teams.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong result-orientation and enjoys challenges.

  • Strong ability to distil and communicate concepts in a concise and coherent manner (written and oral)

Successful candidates will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
