[What the role is]
The job holder will be part of a dynamic HR team responsible for the review and formulation of HR policies, processes, communications, and manpower planning for the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).[What you will be working on]
The job scope will be as follows:
- Manage the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and Job Evaluation (JE) exercises, working closely with stakeholders to assess current and future workforce profile, identify actionable strategies, and drive change management plans through to implementation.
- Review and refine SFA’s employer branding strategies and employee value proposition, ensuring that SFA is well-positioned to attract talent in alignment with the broader strategic manpower plan.
- Serve as SFA’s primary point of contact for union-related matters, building and maintaining a close and collaborative relationship with the union to foster a positive and constructive working environment.
[What we are looking for]
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant work experience in manpower planning and/or job evaluation in the Singapore public sector
- Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Ability to engage and establish rapport with stakeholders, senior management and contributors at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Meticulous, resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
