This holistic exposure will provide you with a deep understanding of the aviation ecosystem and prepare you for leadership roles across CAAS.

Contribute to Impactful and Meaningful Projects: You will have opportunities to contribute to organisation-wide and sector-level initiatives that support the continued growth, transformation and resilience of Singapore's aviation sector. Working alongside colleagues from various divisions, you will broaden your perspectives and hone your leadership capabilities.

Learn from Experienced Leaders and Industry Experts: You will benefit from mentorship and guidance from experienced ATCOs and senior leaders within CAAS. Beyond mentorship, you will have opportunities to connect with aviation professionals across the industry, building valuable networks and learning from experienced practitioners.
