Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the movement and organization of clothing racks within the store to ensure optimal placement and accessibility for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to sort, categorize, and display donated items according to established guidelines and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that all areas are free of clutter and safety hazards.
• Assist in the inventory management process by accurately tracking and recording the movement of items within the store.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with locating items and answering questions about merchandise.
• Support the store's overall operational goals by participating in team meetings and contributing to strategic discussions aimed at improving efficiency and sales.

QualificationsRequired Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Required Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or retail environment is preferred.
