They work closely with various departments to identify training needs, design and develop training materials and deliver training sessions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Creating digital training modules. This requires proficiency with several software programs.
  2. Conducting needs assessments to determine what training is necessary to meet the needs of employees and the organization.
  3. Conducting training sessions and workshops for employees using a variety of methods including in person, online, or hybrid formats.
  4. Keeping training materials up-to-date and relevant by making revisions as necessary based on changes in organizational policies, procedures, or practices.
  5. Working closely with subject matter experts to develop training materials that are accurate and relevant to the target audience.
  6. Coordinating the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, venue selection, and participation.
  7. Tracking and reporting on training metrics such as attendance, completion rates, and employee performance improvements.
  8. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure that training programs are innovative and effective.
  9. Provide functional and technical expertise to end users of company Learning Management System (LMS).
  10. Assist in developing upcoming year's curriculum, sessions offered, and new topics offered based on annual research and evaluation results.
  11. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
