About this role

Job Responsibilities: 
1. Research on stability technologies of new energy grid-connected systems;
Conduct modeling, analysis and control technology research on static, dynamic and transient stability of power systems under typical new energy grid-connected scenarios;
2. Development of new energy grid-connection technologies and products;
Research and develop grid-forming technologies for new energy; design, develop and verify advanced grid-connected control algorithms for new energy stations, turbines and converters; analyze grid-connected operation issues and formulate corresponding solutions;
3. Ecological construction of grid-connection technologies;
Track cutting-edge power system technologies at home and abroad; undertake scientific research project management and research work; promote the construction of new energy grid-connection standard systems and intellectual property maintenance;

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree with research focus on power-electronized power systems, with over 2 years of working experience;
2. Solid grasp of power system operation, transient & steady-state analysis and relay protection principles; familiar with grid-connection control mechanisms of new energy equipment and power stations. Experience in new energy station feasibility study and grid integration design is preferred; well-versed in power system fundamentals and operational characteristics of wind turbines and new energy stations;
3. Proficient in relevant software;
4. Basic coding ability in C and Python;
5. Proficient in English reading and writing;
6. Good teamwork and communication skills.
