About this role

Job Responsibilities:
1. Research on Stability Technologies of New Energy Grid-connected Systems;
Conduct modeling, analysis and control research on static, dynamic and transient stability under typical new energy grid-connected operating scenarios;
2. Development of New Energy Grid-connected Technologies & Products;
Develop grid-forming technologies for new energy; design, implement and verify advanced grid-connected control algorithms for power stations, generating units and converters; analyze grid-related issues and propose targeted solutions;
3. Development of Grid-connected Technology Ecosystem;
Track cutting-edge technologies in power systems worldwide; manage and conduct research projects; establish grid-connected standard systems and protect intellectual property rights.

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree majoring in power-electronized power systems, with over 2 years of working experience;
2. Sound knowledge of power system operation, transient and steady-state analysis as well as relay protection; familiar with grid-connection control principles of new energy equipment and stations; Experience in feasibility study and grid integration design of new energy power stations is preferred; Understand fundamentals of power systems and operating & control characteristics of wind turbines and new energy stations;
3. Proficient in relevant software;
4. Possess basic coding skills in C and Python;
5. Good command of English reading and writing;
6. Strong team spirit and communication skills.
