About this role
Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the development and design of wind turbines and wind farms, as well as research on cutting-edge wind energy technologies to develop advanced wind power products:
a. Build multi-physics coupling simulation models for complete turbines and key subsystems to support R&D.
b. Conduct multi-physics coupling simulation analysis and optimize simulation results.
2. Design integrated solutions for major domestic and international wind farm projects to enhance competitiveness:
a. Develop competitive solutions in accordance with project requirements.
3. Analyze turbine operating performance and resolve on-site issues to ensure safe operation throughout the full lifecycle:
a. Carry out simulation and test verification, improve consistency between simulation and tests, and guarantee design reliability.
b. Analyze operational performance, tackle on-site problems, and optimize solutions to achieve closed-loop management.
Career development: Wind energy technical specialist, turbine system specialist and solution specialist.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above, majoring in Aeronautics, Fluid Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering or Automation;
2. Proficient in relevant software;
3. Candidates with experience in leading or participating in scientific research projects or horizontal development projects are preferred;
4. Excellent English listening and speaking skills, able to use English proficiently as a working language;
5. Familiarity with aeroelastic software including Bladed is preferred.
