Global Graduate Program 2026-Assistant Engineer of Load & Strength 1
About this role
Job Responsibilities:
1. Engage in wind turbine R&D and cutting-edge wind energy technology development, including but not limited to:
a. Build aero-structural-control-hydrodynamic multi-physics coupling models for onshore & offshore turbines, conduct mechanism research, simulation and test verification;
b. Establish dynamic models for gearbox-generator drivetrain, carry out research, simulation and test comparison;
c. Evaluate dynamic stability of turbines and key subsystems, optimize design and promote verification;
d. Develop technologies for turbine stability improvement;
2. Design integrated solutions for major domestic & international wind farm projects to enhance competitiveness, including but not limited to:
a. Design solutions for turbine stability enhancement;
b. Develop vortex resistance schemes and provide technical support;
3. Analyze turbine performance and resolve operational issues for full-lifecycle safe operation, including but not limited to:
a. Reproduce on-site faults via simulation, analyze mechanisms, propose solutions and complete verification;
b. Analyze operational data, develop large models and build relevant platforms;
Career path: Wind energy dynamics expert, multi-disciplinary system simulation expert & turbine system expert.
Qualifications:
1. Master's degree or above, major in Mechanics, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Aerospace, Wind Energy, Aircraft Design and related fields;
2. Solid foundation in theoretical mechanics, vibration theory, fluid mechanics, aerodynamics and finite element theory; experience in mechanical model coding development is preferred;
3. Proficient in relevant software;
4. Experience in leading or participating in research and industry cooperative projects is preferred;
5. Self-motivated with strong curiosity and proactive learning capability for new technologies;
6. Excellent English listening and speaking skills, capable of using English as a working language.
