About this role

Job Responsibilities: 
1. Engage in wind turbine & wind farm design and cutting-edge wind energy R&D to develop advanced products, including but not limited to:
a. Develop, verify and promote advanced standalone wind turbine control strategies;
b. Research and develop wind farm cluster control and energy optimization technologies;
2. Design integrated solutions for major domestic & international wind farm projects to boost competitiveness, including but not limited to:
a. Deliver competitive solutions per project requirements;
b. Plan and implement advanced turbine control strategies based on market demands;
3. Analyze turbine performance and resolve issues to ensure full-lifecycle safe operation, including but not limited to:
a. Prototype testing and stability assurance: identify modal frequency, pitch & converter response, unit loss, etc.;
b. Analyze operational performance, formulate solutions and complete closed-loop verification;
c. Summarize operational issues and iterate advanced control technologies;
Career path: Wind energy technical expert, turbine system expert & solution expert.

Qualifications: 
1. Master's degree or above, major in Automation, Mechanical Automation or Electrical Automation;
2. Proficient in relevant software;
3. Experience in leading or participating in research & collaborative projects preferred;
4. Excellent oral & written English for daily work.
