Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide friendly, professional assistance.
- Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member.
- Support visitor check-in and front desk activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Maintain visitor records and routine office documentation.
- Assist with general front office support activities.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, adaptable, and professional.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front office support is a plus but not required.
