Bei Weiser GmbH Brandschutz & Technik (eine GOLDBECK Company) bündelt sich unsere Expertise aus den Bereichen Brandschutz und Löschwasseranlagen. Von der Planung über Errichtung und anschließender Wartung von Feuerlösch- und Sprinkleranlagen sowie brandschutztechnischen Einrichtungen können wir unseren Kunden alles bieten.
Unterstützung des Einkaufs im operativen Tagesgeschäft
Sorgfältige Pflege der Stammdaten und Sicherstellung ihrer Aktualität
Bearbeitung von Lagerbewegungen und eigenständige Durchführung von Lagerbestellungen
Regelmäßige Preisüberprüfung und Kontrolle von Auftragsbestätigungen
Bestellung von Service- und Kleinmaterial
Unterstützung bei Inventuren
Persönlicher Kontakt zu Lieferanten
Betreuung unserer Standorte vor Ort
Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erste Berufserfahrung im genannten Aufgabengebiet sind von Vorteil
Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und Affinität im Umgang mit digitalen Tools
Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein bei der Pflege von Stammdaten und administrativen Aufgaben
