About the role

The role incumbent will be responsible for managing and monitoring end to end cyber security governance, risk and operations of the organisation

Job Description

· Manage Cyber Security projects

· Develop and track Cyber Security KPIs and present to leadership

· Coordinate applications and infrastructure security assessments

· Coordinate internal audits, security audits, GITCs etc.

· Manage data leakage prevention controls

· Review and implement security processes

· Understand security challenges and manage them

· Review different layers of security such as perimeter security, end point security and network security

· Identifying current and emerging technology including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats

· Governance of security incidents, threats, SOC operations and ensuring closure

· Manage cyber security trainings and company wide awareness campaigns

· Manage third party risk governance process

· Manage security benchmarking, evaluating new security solutions to better protect the organisation

· Conducting proactive research to analyse security weaknesses and recommend appropriate controls

Qualification & Experience

· Years of experience - 2.5 to 5 years

· Mandatory Qualification – Engineering Degree from Tier 1 or 2 college

· Good to have but not mandatory – MBA or Masters degree

· Good to have exposure to BFSI or NBFC sector

Essential Skills

· Experience in cyber security project management and delivery

· Experience/Understanding of Cyber Security KPIs

· Experience/Understanding of Cyber Security Regulatory Requirements

· Experience/Understanding of ISO 27001, NIST domains

· Experience/Understanding of Cyber Security Audits, ITGC etc.

· Experience/Understanding of VAPT/App Sec processes

· Experience/Understanding of Cyber Security Incident Management

· Experience/Understanding of SOC operations
