Company Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to support and enhance a production Salesforce environment focused on post-sales support and operational workflows. This role combines hands-on Salesforce development with production support, incident ownership, integrations, and operational troubleshooting.
The developer will work across Salesforce Service Cloud, case management, omnichannel support, automation, agent-assist capabilities, operational analytics, and integrations with external systems and data platforms.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
- Support production Salesforce Service Cloud applications and operational workflows.
- Build and maintain case management and omnichannel support capabilities.
- Develop and troubleshoot routing, orchestration, workflow automation, and case-assignment functionality.
- Support AI-assisted case summarization, agent-assist capabilities, and other AI-enabled Salesforce workflows.
- Contribute to communications and workflow automation capabilities supporting customer support operations.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems or data platforms.
- Support Salesforce-to-data-platform integrations, including Salesforce-to-Snowflake integrations where applicable.
- Monitor production platform health, alerts, operational KPIs, and active incidents.
- Triage and investigate production issues involving Salesforce workflows, routing, integrations, and automation.
- Take ownership of operational incidents through investigation, resolution, follow-up, and documentation.
- Participate in structured production-support and operational-review processes.
- Document technical findings, incidents, troubleshooting results, and operational knowledge.

- Hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Apex development experience.
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience.
- Salesforce Flows experience.
- Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
- Production Salesforce support and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience owning or resolving operational and production incidents.
- Monitoring and incident management experience.
- Salesforce integration experience.
- Salesforce Omnichannel experience.
- Enterprise experience strongly preferred.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Salesforce data integrations involving platforms such as Snowflake.
- Salesforce-to-Snowflake integration experience.
- Deeper Salesforce Omnichannel and case management experience.
- Experience designing reusable Salesforce automation patterns.
- Routing and orchestration experience.
- Experience participating in structured operational support or production-support rotations.
- Experience with observability or monitoring platforms.
- AI or agentic Salesforce experience.
- Experience developing AI-assisted or agent-assist workflows within Salesforce environments.

Location, Time & Engagement
- Remote contract engagement.
- Candidates must be located in LATAM.
- 100% allocation, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Must be available to work full U.S. Central Time hours (CDT, UTC-5).
- Engagement is currently scheduled through March 31, 2027.
